1. Items are sold on a first-come-first-served basis.
2. Items sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
3. The colour of items may vary slightly due to monitor settings.
4. Customized items required 2-3 days before it can be shipped out.
5. Prices are fixed and do not include postage charges, but COD is free.
6. Teepsytoes are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during shipping.
7. All postage will be done during weekdays only. 
8. Backout buyers will be blacklisted.
